This ambitious documentary from director Christopher Pomerenke features interviews with accomplished musicians, actors and other notables who offer insightful reflections on a single, deceptively simple question: What is the very essence of music? While some view music chiefly as a commodity for the marketplace, others claim it as a sacred -- even biological -- part of being human. Those interviewed include Kurt Loder, Matt Sorum and Elijah Wood.
